The Challenges

Many individuals face significant barriers to accessing nature, craft-based learning, and wellbeing activities that support mental health. Social isolation, financial constraints, and stigma prevent participation, while cuts to mental health services and a lack of accessible social prescribing options leave people without vital support.

Community-led peer support and hands-on therapeutic activities are often costly, making it even harder for individuals to access help, connect with nature, build resilience, develop skills, and improve their wellbeing.

Our Approach

By integrating immersive nature-based experiences with hands-on making and shared learning, we create opportunities for participants to develop confidence, build social connections, and enhance both individual and collective wellbeing.

  • Engagement in Craft

Practical, hands-on activity that fosters creativity, skill-building, and a sense of achievement.

  • Connection to Nature

Immersive experiences that participation, restoration promote relaxation, resilience, and environmental awareness.

  • Supportive Community

A welcoming environment that reduces isolation and builds confidence through shared learning.

  • Personal Growth & Empowerment

Developing problem-solving skills, self-reliance, and a sense of purpose through making.
